I had high expectations for Norwood House and I must say that they were greatly exceeded. the ironing facilities provided were top-notch, as I had a wrinkled outfit that needed urgent attention and the staff promptly provided me with an iron. I was pleasantly surprised by the heating in the room, as it was so cozy and perfect for the chilly evenings in Ambleside. the free wi-fi in the rooms was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with ease. I was impressed by the sitting area in the room, which was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the town. the free toiletries provided were of high quality and a nice touch that added to the overall experience. Lastly, the electric kettle in the room was convenient for making a cup of tea whenever I pleased. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room as well. With restaurants nearby, I never had to worry about finding a delicious meal.
